๐ŸŒ™ Hedgerow After Dark

2.5 Cups | Approx 45G

Cow Parsley • Blackcurrant Leaf • Rose Petals

Digestion • Appetite • Antioxidant

A dark, leafy Halloween forage inspired by tangled hedgerows after sunset, finished with a scattering of rose petals for a little flash of colour amongst the greens.

Hedgerow After Dark combines soft, feathery cow parsley with aromatic blackcurrant leaves to create a simple but varied botanical forage full of different textures, scents and leaf shapes.

Cow parsley forms the main body of the blend, while blackcurrant leaf adds a deeper, more substantial browse element and distinctive natural aroma.

Finally, just 5% rose petals are scattered throughout the forage, adding colour and sensory interest without relying on fruit, sugary toppings or artificial decorations.

A proper leafy forage dressed up just enough for Halloween. ๐ŸŒ™๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒน

โš ๏ธ Cow Parsley Note

Cow parsley should always be positively identified before harvesting.

It belongs to the umbellifer family and can be confused with dangerous plants such as hemlock and water dropwort, so only correctly identified and appropriately sourced cow parsley should be used.

๐ŸŒ™ The Spirit of the Mix

As the light disappears, the hedgerow doesn't suddenly become empty.

Soft cow parsley weaves between darker leaves, wild plants overlap one another and little flashes of colour appear between the greenery.

Hedgerow After Dark takes that slightly wild, tangled autumn look and turns it into a simple seasonal forage.

๐ŸŒฟ Feathery cow parsley

๐Ÿƒ Dark aromatic blackcurrant leaves

๐ŸŒน A scattering of rose

No pumpkins required. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŽƒ

Just proper forage with a little Halloween attitude.

Handmade at Heart, Rooted in Rescue.
