How It Works

  1. Choose Your Plan: Select the plan that best suits your needs and budget.
  2. Personalize Your Treats: Each month, we’ll contact you to customize your order based on your pets' preferences.
  3. Enjoy Hassle-Free Deliveries: Receive your tailored treats delivered straight to your door within 3 working days via Inpost.
  4. Manage Easily: Skip a month or cancel anytime by responding to our monthly reminder.

Important Details

  • Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Monthly Payments: Payments are due on the same date each month as your start date (e.g., if you start on 17/06/23, payments are due on the 17th of each month).
  • Automatic Reminders: You will receive a reminder for payment each month. Reply to skip or cancel.
  • Price Stability: Prices remain unchanged as long as payments are timely and no skips or cancellations occur.
  • Missed Payments: If a payment is missed without notification, it is treated as a skipped month and may affect the ongoing price of your plan.
