Rescue Donation Scheme

Handmade at Heart, Rooted in Rescue

Transparent, welfare‑led support for UK small‑animal rescues.

We match donations where possible, send tailored forage/enrichment boxes, and publish a simple public ledger so you can see the impact.

How It Works

How the scheme works

  1. Supporters can add a donation at the bottom of any shop page, or via the Rescue Hub.

  2. We track donations for each rescue.

  3. When a rescue’s donations reach about £20+, we send a full donation box (we cover postage).

  4. If sales are good, I also add in extra treats — so the more you share, the more I can help.

This keeps boxes full, postage efficient, and donations consistent. Everyone wins: donors see their impact, rescues get supplies, and animals get enrichment.

Donation Options

 Donation options available

  • £1 – 1 item

  • £2 – 2 items

  • £5 – Small bundle

  • £10 – Medium bundle

  • £20 – Large bundle

All priced lower than retail so donations go further. We cover postage once a box is ready to send.

What We Ask from Rescues

Your role in the scheme

  • Share the scheme regularly with your supporters.

  • Encourage them to donate at checkout or via the Rescue Hub.

  • Post photos/videos of the donations being received/used and tag @GuineaGourmetTreats.

  • Provide reliable contact and delivery details so boxes reach you without delay.

The more you share, the quicker your donation box fills — and the more I can match with extras when sales are strong.

Help us keep donating boxes, covering postage, and supporting rescues. Choose a tier that matches your budget — every pound makes a difference.

At Guinea Gourmet Treats, rescue has always been at the heart of what we do. As an ex-rescue myself, I know how vital donations are for keeping animals safe, healthy, and happy. That’s why I run a donation scheme alongside the shop — sending out forage boxes, topping up bundles, and covering postage so rescues always get more than what’s expected.

By choosing a donation tier below, you’re directly helping me keep this scheme alive.

What your donation achieves:

  • 🌱 £2 – Snack Supporter: Helps cover the cost of small add-ons like extra forage bags or enrichment items.

  • 📦 £5 – Box Backer: Contributes toward postage costs so rescues receive their boxes free of charge.

  • 💚 £10 – Bundle Booster: Allows me to top up a rescue’s order with extra forage, sticks, or seasonal goodies.

  • 🐾 £20 – Full Rescue Hero: Covers a large portion of a rescue box, ensuring animals in need get healthy, natural food at no cost to them.

Every donation, big or small, goes straight into keeping rescues supported — whether that’s through extra items, free postage, or surprise top-ups that brighten a rescue’s day.

Together we can make sure small animals in rescues across the UK get the best start, the healthiest diets, and the love they deserve.
