A dark, leafy seasonal forage inspired by the wild plants of the hedgerow, finished with a delicate scattering of rose petals for extra colour, texture and a little Halloween magic. 🎃🌹

Hedgerow Spell combines traditional hedgerow browse with echinacea and rose to create a naturally varied autumn forage full of different leaves, scents and textures.

Common hogweed forms the leafy base, with hawthorn and blackcurrant leaf adding extra hedgerow variety. Echinacea brings another botanical layer, while a light rose-petal topping gives the finished forage colour without turning it into a flower-heavy blend.

Perfect for scattering through hay, adding to forage trays or offering as part of a varied forage rotation.

Botanicals such as echinacea have a history of traditional use, but this forage is intended as dietary variety and enrichment rather than treatment for illness.

🐾 Suitable For & Feeding Guide

Feed as complementary forage alongside the animal's normal balanced diet. Introduce new forage gradually.

• 🐹 Guinea Pigs: 1–2 tsp, 2–3× weekly

• 🐰 Rabbits: Small handful, 2–3× weekly

For rabbits and guinea pigs, unlimited suitable hay or grass must remain the foundation of the diet.

Not currently labelled for other species due to limited species-specific evidence for the complete combination of botanicals.

⚠️ Forage Note

Common hogweed (Heracleum sphondylium) must be correctly identified.

It must never be confused with giant hogweed or other potentially dangerous members of the same plant family.
