A Mother Under Pressure
When she arrived, Yotsuyu was nursing just one tiny pup. She had already been through so much – back-to-back breeding, constant stress, and never really being allowed to rest or just be herself. Yet, despite that, she never faltered in being a dedicated mum. Her resilience, even in such difficult circumstances, is inspiring.
Sadly, situations like hers are far too common. Hoarding cases often involve animals being bred repeatedly, with little thought for their welfare or long-term health. It leaves scars – not just physically, but emotionally too.

Now, away from that cycle, Yotsuyu is beginning to show her own sweet personality. She’s a very placid little soul, known for her gentle temperament and love of snuggling. In fact, she’ll happily tuck herself into a pocket and drift off to sleep.
She’s also an early riser – which means anyone lucky enough to adopt her will get to see her pottering around, enjoying life at her own pace, in the quiet hours of the morning.
It’s these small glimpses of freedom and peace that remind us just how much animals thrive when given the chance.
